Komal holds over 15 years of experience in the IT realm and has earned a MSc Computer Science and MBA from NJIT. Using top-notch recruitment, strategic planning, and budgeting, Komal’s skills and expertise has helped firms increase revenues through HR management. She is an avid participant in helping others with ongoing involvement in the youth leadership, motivational speaking, STEM events, and is a NJ LIONS Zone chair; a non profit organization.

Manvay Singh Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Manvay Singh serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at VeriKlick. With an innate affinity for technology and an understanding of its immense potential, Manvay has been a pivotal force behind VeriKlick’s rapid growth and innovative solutions.

Fueled by a fascination with technology, Manvay co-founded VeriKlick and used his profound technical expertise to guide its trajectory. His problem-solving aptitude and relentless curiosity have been instrumental in designing and refining VeriKlick’s unique products.

In his role as CTO, Manvay is responsible for managing all technical aspects of the company. He leads the development and execution of tech-based strategies, aligning VeriKlick’s technical vision with the company’s objectives and ensuring optimal operational effectiveness.

Sameer Srivastava Chief Operating Officer

Sameer Srivastava has over twenty years of experience in designing, implementing and managing IT, Change Management and HRO programs across the US, EMEA and APAC. Sameer started his career in the Staffing Industry as a Senior Project Manager with Kelly OCG in EMEA and then headed both RPO and MSP for Kelly OCG in India, followed by leading the MSP operations for Allegis Global Solutions in India and South Asia. In his last role before joining Veriklick, Sameer led Simplify VMS’ operations across APAC. He has also worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers and Zensar Technologies in the US.

Sameer is an avid Nebraska football fan, likes to read books about management and strategy, and travel.

He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska (Lincoln), USA and an MBA from Cranfield University, UK.

Carl CamdenBoard Advisor

Carl has dedicated more than 25 years to advocating for the independent workforce. As President and CEO of Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 workforce solutions firm, he spent his career creating opportunities and seeking justice for independent workers; challenging government, business leaders, and educators to adapt to the future of work; and serving on boards for the Federal Reserve, the Committee for Economic Development/The Conference Board, multiple universities, and numerous think tanks. In 2017 he assembled industry leaders, House members from both parties, and association leaders for an exclusive D.C. event (“Advancing the Social Contract For Gig Economy Workers”) that became the genesis for iPSE-U.S. Before joining the corporate world, Carl was a tenured college professor and started and sold his own marketing research firm.
