Under her leadership, Synkriom and VeriKlick have emerged as trusted partners for global enterprises seeking higher hiring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Board Member, Co-founder & Global CEO
V. Suresh is a globally recognized business leader with over 29 years of experience building and scaling technology-led enterprises across AI, digital platforms, recruitment, and healthcare. Known for strategic clarity and execution excellence, he has led large-scale transformations across Asia, the Middle East, and global markets.
As Board Member, Co-founder, and Global CEO, Suresh drives enterprise strategy, global expansion, and long-term growth for VeriKlick. Previously, as Managing Director & CEO of Foundit (formerly Monster) APAC & Middle East, he led its evolution into an AI-powered talent marketplace.
He is also Co-founder of Karkinos Healthcare, backed by Tata Group, Reliance Industries, and Mayo Clinic, and has held senior leadership roles at Info Edge (Naukri.com) and Matrimony.com. Suresh actively mentors founders and advises growth-stage companies on strategy, scale, and governance.
Manvay Singh

Manvay Singh is a technology leader and Co-founder of VeriKlick, responsible for shaping the platform’s technical vision and innovation roadmap. With strong expertise in building scalable systems, he plays a central role in translating complex hiring challenges into intelligent, reliable technology solutions.
As CTO, Manvay oversees architecture, platform engineering, and technology strategy, ensuring that VeriKlick’s products are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs. His focus on problem-solving, system performance, and continuous improvement has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth.
