Komal holds over 15 years of experience in the IT realm and has earned a MSc Computer Science and MBA from NJIT. Using top-notch recruitment, strategic planning, and budgeting, Komal’s skills and expertise has helped firms increase revenues through HR management. She is an avid participant in helping others with ongoing involvement in the youth leadership, motivational speaking, STEM events, and is a NJ LIONS Zone chair; a non profit organization.

includes 11 years operational management of large scale MSP/VMS programs combined with successful team management, mentoring, training and program delivery. Monique is a trusted adviser and partner to her associates and clients at all levels by providing significant growth and expansion in a multitude of areas.

Aaron is a highly accomplished, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in strategic business, project management and sourcing initiatives. He has successfully worked in the Information Technology, Financial, Life Sciences, and Healthcare/CRO industries. Aaron has added direct value to technology objectives, talent and business development acquisition initiatives resulting in immediate and quantifiable results. Aaron’s experience includes project management along with identifying, sourcing, acquiring, developing and initiating talent and business development strategies. He has also worked in performance and diversity initiatives, driving business objectives and managing process change and technology.

Carl has dedicated more than 25 years to advocating for the independent workforce. As President and CEO of Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 workforce solutions firm, he spent his career creating opportunities and seeking justice for independent workers; challenging government, business leaders, and educators to adapt to the future of work; and serving on boards for the Federal Reserve, the Committee for Economic Development/The Conference Board, multiple universities, and numerous think tanks. In 2017 he assembled industry leaders, House members from both parties, and association leaders for an exclusive D.C. event (“Advancing the Social Contract For Gig Economy Workers”) that became the genesis for iPSE-U.S. Before joining the corporate world, Carl was a tenured college professor and started and sold his own marketing research firm.
