Komal has been recognized as 2019 NJ Digi-Tech Innovators, Fastest 50, and the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program Finalist and more! Komal holds over 15 years of experience in the IT realm and has earned a MSc Computer Science and MBA from NJIT. Using top-notch recruitment, strategic planning, and budgeting, Komal’s skills and expertise has helped firms increase revenues through HR management. She is an avid participant in helping others with ongoing involvement in the youth leadership, motivational speaking, STEM events, and is a NJ LIONS Zone chair; a non profit organization.
Gunther Doran Chief Growth Officer
Gunther brings with him 15 years of experience partnering with companies to solve complex workforce solutions. As an independent consultant, and for Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting, he has spent over 10 years of his career building Managed Staffing Service programs while gaining extensive knowledge of IT solutions driving operational improvement. Passionate about disability and inclusion, he has successfully worked with nonprofit and for-profit suppliers building successful diversity programs. Gunther has hands-on experience managing retail staffing branches for engineering and IT specialty firms. Gunther has become a trusted partner and consultant to his clients for their workforce needs.Besides Gunther’s impressive workforce solutions career, Gunther is an exceptionally skilled US ARMY Veteran.

Gloria is a HR Workforce Consulting & Strategic Sourcing Management Executive with 24+ years of Extensive Global Experience. Her expertise includes specializing in leading, implementing and delivering successful Employee and Non-Employee Human Capital Workforce Programs and Strategic Outsourcing HR Technology Solutions to Fortune 100 clients. Her career employment experience includes; Aon Hewitt. Accenture and IBM.
With over 10 years of multi-vertical workforce solutions experience, working for Kelly Services and NextGen, Nick’s expertise in the talent solutions arena is focused on Single Point of Contact Solutions, Managed Service Providers (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Project Resourcing, Independent Contractors (IC’s), Business Process Outsourcing (BPS), Project/Procurement Services (SOW), Employer Value Proposition, Brand Awareness and Payroll solutions. He has a proven record of creating efficient and effective talent solutions. His understanding of both the Client and Candidate experience has been paramount to the success of his talent partnerships. Outside of work, Nicholas is a dedicated Father of 2 and a country music aficionado.

Carl has dedicated more than 25 years to advocating for the independent workforce. As President and CEO of Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 workforce solutions firm, he spent his career creating opportunities and seeking justice for independent workers; challenging government, business leaders, and educators to adapt to the future of work; and serving on boards for the Federal Reserve, the Committee for Economic Development/The Conference Board, multiple universities, and numerous think tanks. In 2017 he assembled industry leaders, House members from both parties, and association leaders for an exclusive D.C. event (“Advancing the Social Contract For Gig Economy Workers”) that became the genesis for iPSE-U.S. Before joining the corporate world, Carl was a tenured college professor and started and sold his own marketing research firm.
